Acro dance is a fun and exciting way to move your body. Using strength and flexibility to learn new tricks to use within choreography.
The acrobatic arts syllabus works on step by step progressions from foundation shapes to to use of the full skill within dance.
Acrobatic tricks can be used in any style of dance, it is a chance to learn new skills and combine them together.
We work together with friends, helping each other with lifts and learning to build trust.
Its a great way to have fun while getting stronger and learning new skills.
