Welcome to our booking partner Class4Kids — we’re delighted you’re here and considering booking classes, shows, or holiday camps with Starz Ballet. By continuing to use this booking system, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, which form the basis of your relationship with Starz Ballet Babes LLP.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.
1. WHO WE ARE
“Starz Ballet Babes LLP”, “Starz Ballet”, “we”, or “us” refers to the class provider. Our registered office is Kintyre House, 70 High Street, Fareham, PO16 7BB. Our company registration number is OC398237.
“You” refers to the parent, guardian or customer using this booking system.

TERMS OF USE
- The content of this booking platform is for your general information and use. It is subject to change without notice.
- This website uses cookies. If you allow cookies, personal data may be shared with third-party tools such as Stripe, Facebook, Google Analytics and MailerLite. Please refer to their privacy policies for more information.
- While we take reasonable steps to ensure all information is accurate and secure, Starz Ballet cannot guarantee error-free access, availability or accuracy of information.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any services booked via this site meet your specific requirements.
- All content on this site is owned or licensed by Starz Ballet and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction is prohibited.
- Any unauthorised use of this platform may result in legal action.
- This site may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or services.
- Any dispute arising from use of this website shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
1. Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Stripe accepts major debit and credit cards. Once payment is taken, you will receive a receipt via Stripe and an email order confirmation.
2. Trial Classes
Trial classes must be paid for in advance. Trial bookings do not confirm membership.
3. Monthly Membership
- Once you subscribe, fees are debited automatically on the 1st of each month.
- Membership is a rolling 12-month subscription. Fees are calculated across the year and averaged to ensure consistent monthly payments, including during school holidays.
- A £25 annual membership fee per dancer is taken in September, covering dancer licensing and insurance for the academic year. This is non-refundable.
- If you join partway through a month, your first payment will include a pro-rata amount to cover any classes already attended from the 1st of that month.
4. Discounts
A £2.50 discount is applied to subscriptions for each additional class, including sibling bookings, under the same parent account.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- You may cancel your membership by emailing enquiries@starzballet.com with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line.
- One final payment will be taken during the next billing cycle after notice is given, as per our 4-week notice policy.
- Refunds are not given for missed classes. However, make-up classes may be offered at alternative venues, subject to availability.
Exceptional Circumstances:
- In the rare event that we must cancel a class due to a reason beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, school strike, venue closure), we will offer a class credit or the option to attend a make-up class.
- If we are unable to deliver a scheduled class or event and cannot offer a suitable alternative, a refund will be issued to the original payment card.

CLASS CHANGES
- Starz Ballet reserves the right to change class times, teachers, or venues where necessary.
- We aim to notify you of any changes in advance and will offer suitable alternatives wherever possible.
