Welcome to our booking partner Class4Kids. We’re delighted you’re here and considering booking classes, shows, or holiday camps with Starz Ballet. By continuing to use this booking system, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, which form the basis of your relationship with Starz Enterprise Ltd.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.
- WHO WE ARE
“Starz Enterprise Ltd”, “Starz Ballet”, “Starz”, “we”, or “us” refers to the class provider.

The content of this booking platform is for general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Stripe accepts major debit and credit cards. Once payment is taken, you will receive a receipt via Stripe and an email confirmation.
All fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Trial Classes
Trial classes must be paid for in advance. A trial class does not guarantee or reserve an ongoing class place.
- Monthly Membership
By enrolling in a class, you are committing to a monthly membership with Starz.
Payments are collected automatically on the 1st of each month.
Membership fees are calculated across the full academic year and evenly distributed into monthly payments. This means payments remain the same each month, regardless of the number of classes in any given month.
Fees are not based on individual classes attended, but on securing and maintaining your child’s place within the programme.
Membership runs continuously throughout the year, including during school holidays. Monthly payments are calculated by spreading the cost of the full academic programme across 12 months. This means that lower monthly payments throughout the year already take into account holiday periods when classes are not running.
A £25 annual membership fee per dancer is charged each academic year. This covers essential costs including insurance, licensing, and administration. This fee is non-refundable.
If you join partway through the academic year, your first payment may be adjusted to reflect the remaining portion of the membership year at the time of joining. This ensures fair and consistent pricing for all members.
Membership is designed to run continuously across the full academic year. If a membership is cancelled, we cannot guarantee that a place will be available in the same class or venue in the future. Re-enrolment is subject to availability.
- Discounts
A £2.50 monthly discount is applied for each additional class or sibling booking under the same account.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
You may cancel your child’s membership at any time by emailing enquiries@starzballet.com with “CANCELLATION” in the subject line.
After notice is received, one final payment will be taken on the next billing date, which is the 1st of the following month. This final payment completes your notice period.
Your child is welcome to continue attending classes during this time.
After this final payment, your membership will end automatically and no further payments will be taken.
Payments are made in advance to secure your child’s place and are therefore non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for missed classes for any reason, including holidays or illness. Where possible, Starz may offer a make-up class at an alternative venue, subject to availability.
Exceptional Circumstances
If a class is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, school closures, or venue issues, Starz will offer a suitable alternative such as a class credit or make-up session.
If a suitable alternative cannot be provided, a refund will be issued.
CLASS CHANGES
Starz reserves the right to make reasonable changes to class times, teachers, or venues where necessary.
Where possible, advance notice will be given, and suitable alternatives will be offered.

Starz is committed to protecting your data and has appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place.
